Terms of Service
Bookings
a. The Customer may make a booking either in person, by telephone, email or on the Mega Clean Cleaning website.
b. At the time of booking the Customer must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers.
c. Mega Clean provides all quotations at the time of booking.
d. Mega Clean reserves the right not to accept a booking for any reason.
Cancellations
a. The Customer must contact Mega Clean 24 hours prior to their scheduled service, if they wish to reschedule or cancel the Service for any reason.
b. In the event that the Customer does not provide 24 hour notice prior the scheduled service, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation/reschedule fee (minimum of $60.00 inclusive of GST) for administrative costs and loss.
Stains & More
a. The Carpet Cleaner will inspect the carpet, upholstery and stains before the Service commences.
b. Mega Clean does not guarantee 100% stain removal however, we will always do our best to remove all stains.
c. Mega Clean does not guarantee stain removal for permanent stains.
d. Mega Clean does not guarantee removal of cracking, scratches, pen marks or discolouration from leather items.
e. Mega Clean cannot be responsible for any pre-existing condition that is not apparent upon visual inspection of the Premises.
f. Mega Clean uses solutions that help lift and remove dirt, bacteria and other allergens. In cases where household cleaners and upholstery sprays have been applied to the fabric, these stains can be brought to the surface, and we are often unable to remove them completely. Mega clean does not take responsibility for marks, discolouration or stains uncovered during the clean that result from use of these household cleaners and fabric protectors.
g. Mega Clean will not be made responsible for carpet bubbling. Carpets that have not been laid correctly can result in carpet bubbling after a steam clean.
Quotes
a. The actual price payable by the Customer is the quoted price provided by Mega Clean.
b. Any price quoted by Mega Clean is an estimate only based on Mega Clean’s experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer.
c. Quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the quote.
d. The Technician may quote extra after inspection if there are additional rooms or areas that Mega Clean were not informed of at the time of the initial quoting process, or if the condition of the carpet or upholstery is considered to be different from the information provided by the Customer.
Payments
a. All invoices to be paid at completion of job unless a signed work order is received prior to commencement of job. Invoices with work orders must be paid within 14 days.
b. The Customer agrees to pay the price quoted by Mega Clean in full prior to or at the scheduled Service Time.
c. Payments may be made in cash, card or via bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer should be made to:

d. Payments for Rug Pick Up & Drop Off Services must be made on technicians arrival.
